Overview

Return Process

Return Authorization (RA) is required for all cores. Return Authorization must be obtained from your account representative.

Core returns must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for full credit. Cores returned after 30 days will be charged a 25% fee of the core amount. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days.

Core deposits are reimbursed as a credit to the customer's account, or refund upon request, after the core has been received and inspected against Powertrain's Buildability Standards to determine the amount of credit.

Cores must be returned fully assembled, drained of all fluids, identical to the part supplied, and returned in the original box or packaging provided. Torque converters must also be drained and properly secured with the brackets provided.

We highly recommend photographing the packaged core ahead of pickup to protect against shipping liability.
